Weighing and grading equipment-the conveyor system sends the eggs to the weighing system. According to the weight of the eggs and the pre-set egg weight level, the robot divides the eggs into different areas. Various specifications of equipment can be adapted to the needs of chicken farms / hatcheries of various sizes.

1) 602 egg sucker, which can suck 30 eggs on the 605A egg conveyor at one time by hand;
2) 605A Egg Conveyor, with the functions of egg collection and transportation, six-row LED light inspection and six-row single-row conversion;
3) 202A egg cleaning machine host, with single-row LED light inspection (2 groups), disinfection spray, brush cleaning, air drying and oil injection functions;
4) 104A egg grading machine host, with automatic U-turn, electronic grading and counting functions;
5) 700B egg packaging machine (2 groups), each group of 700B contains 1 carrier device and 1 egg conveyor belt. The empty egg tray is manually put into the carrier device, and the carrier device automatically transports the empty egg tray until the egg falls. Wherever it comes, the egg trays filled with eggs will be transported out of the belt and then packed manually;
6) 608B egg conveyor (1 set, 2.4 meters long), the graded eggs fall on the rolling foam roller, and then flow into the egg conveyor belt, manually load the eggs into the corresponding egg tray, each egg conveyor has the most Can be used for the collection of 2 levels of eggs;
