Based on the Cixing computerized seamless underwear machine-first machine in Zhejiang province，Cixing successfully invented Cixing computerized knitting sock machine which work with ”Cixing Knitting Machine Research Institute" and ”CAC Cixing Science and Technology Knitting Kachine Research Center". It will fully meet the multiple demand from the market.
"Cixing" GE82 computerized seamless underwear knitting machine is a seamless underwear knitting equipment subsequently developed after our GE88 and GE 90 knitting machines to meet the market demand.
In respect of knitting functions, GE82 has broken the limit of knitting small patterns to a certain degree(such as small patterns at waistband) to make jacquard weave clearer and fabrics more diversified. In respect of operating practices，GE82 reaches the standards of international brands and its interface operating practices are in line with the operating habits of seamless underwear knitting machine in the industry. The pattern plate-making is compatible with that of GRAPH6 and can be easily used by new and old customers.
Infrared rays sensor
Test the status of yarn and automatic participate the all infrared rays sensor to encored automatically，which have resist the interference function and can adjust the sensitivity， also suitability for any environment.
Actuator
Adopt 16 levels electric ceramic actuator，with 3 way technical needle selection function， the structure simply and reliable，low energy consumed，low generate heat and fast reaction.
Yarn storage
It can hold the yarn tension for constant and don't twist the yarn. Any yarn break happened the yarn storage shall automatic check and machine shall stop and alarm automatically.
Elasticity yarn conduction
The knitting speed or stitch density which according to knitting request can ensure yarn tension for constant with every part keep elasticity.
