A: Yes, but just the RTS products (Ready to ship). We have 2 kinds of sales models: Custom Made and Ready To Ship. Custom Made products don't have any stock and all products produced according to customer's order requests; Ready to Ship products have standard displays in stock.
Q4: Is it possible without a visit in your company to know whether my order is be in production on schedule?
A: On client’s requests we are giving a detailed production schedule and send weekly reports. The reports may have digital pictures that show the progress of work.
Q5. Shall I pay for the sample?
A: Yes. Sample fee can be refund according to the order quantity of mass production.
