A: Battery is a compatible product with application products. we must design and produce right battery for you according to your application products and its power, battery's continuous discharge current, maximum instantaneous discharge current, charging current, size limit, etc.
Q2: Is your battery quality approved?
A: Yes, we guarantee that all cells from our factory, And we will have full inspection of each cells and grouping them before assembling batteries. And all finished batteries will be under a full inspection before shipment. There are 10 steps testing during the whole production.
Q3: Can I make a smaple order?
A: Yes, sure. We are willing to send our samples to you for testing and comparison, and let you know our high character ratio batteries. But free samples are not available at beginning.
Q4: How can I pay? What are the terms of payment?
A: T/T, L/C, Paypal, Western Union, Trading Assurance Order, etc.
Q5: How about the lead time?
A.Generally delivery time in 7-15 days, but will be changed according to the quantity or other things.
Q6: What is the mode of transportation?How about the time limit?
A: Small quantity batteries by DHL, UPS, FedEx express, it will take about 5 -7 days; Bulk goods by train or by air or by sea, transportation time depends on the distance.
