Structure and working principle of pneumatic submersible pump
Pneumatic submersible pump is composed of four parts: wind motor, water pump, pipe joint and silencer.
1. Wind motor part: It consists of a pair of gears, housing, driving shaft, driven shaft, gland, bearing, bearing seat, mechanical seal and other components. During operation, compressed air enters the gear slot from the air inlet, which drives the gear to rotate It is transmitted by the driving shaft to drive the water wheel to drain.
2. Water pump part: the pump body, the water wheel, the pump base and other components, the pump body is fastened to the wind motor base, and the impeller is fastened to the wind motor output shaft. The wind motor drives the water wheel to rotate, and the sewage is sucked into the volute of the pump body from the inlet of the pump base and discharged from the outlet.
3. Pipe joint part: It consists of two parts: threaded part and leather pipe connection. The water pipe joint is installed at the water outlet, and the air pipe joint is installed at the air inlet.
4. Silencer: The silencer is installed at the exhaust port of the wind motor, and the wind motor is assembled into one body.
