Product Description
Potassium sulfate (K2SO4) is a salt composed of sulfate and potassium ions, usually colorless or white crystals, particles or powder.Odorless, bitter, hard.Chemically inactive.It's stable in the air.Density 2.66g/cm 3.Melting point is 1069 ℃.Aqueous solution is neutral with a pH of about 7 at room temperature. 1g was soluble in 8.3ml water, 4ml boiling water and 75ml glycerin, but insoluble in ethanol.

Usage
It is the basic raw material for producing various potassium salts such as potassium carbonate and potassium per sulfate. The glass industry is used as a detergents.The dye industry is used as an intermediate.Perfume industry used as additives, etc.The pharmaceutical industry also used as laxative agent, treatment of soluble barium salt poisoning.Potassium sulfate is commonly used in agriculture, potassium oxide content of 50 percent, commonly known in Taiwan as "white Gary."In addition, potassium sulfate is also used in glass, dyes, spices, medicine and so on.
