A: Yes, we can provide Customized service to you with specific requirements. You can send the details by email, we will check whether we can develop them.

Q: If we want new style cast iron cookware, can you design for us? 

A: Yes, we develop new models every month, and some of them may not be updated on our website. If you need, we can provide our new product for your choose. And we can also design as your requirements.

Q: What is your Minimum Order Quantity?
A: Different products have different MOQ, generally speaking, our MOQ is 100 pieces. Please don’t hesitate to check with us for specific items.

Q: What about shipping ?
A: We are close to the biggest sea port in North China-Tianjin Port, usually we ship by sea to save cost. You can either use your own assigned shipping agent or our cooperative forwarder.
