A2:It takes 2-7 days for MOQ.
Q3.Can I get sample ?
A3:Sure. We usually provide existing sample for free. But a little sample charge for custom designs or sizes. Sample charge is refundable when order is up to certain quantity.
Q4.How long is the sample LEAD TIME?
A4:For existing samples, it takes 1-2 days. They are free. If you want your own designs or Pantone color etc, it takes 5-10days.

A5:Once you place order with us, we have professional staff to track your order constantly, let you know the newest process until you have received it. Each step of production and finished products will be carried out and inspection by QC before shipping.
Q6.What format of the file do you need if I want my own design?
A6:We have our own professional designers. So you can provide JPG, AI, CDR or PDF, etc. We will draw artwork for mold or printing screen for you.
