Our wide mouth blow molding machine is suitable for bowing various shapes of carbonated beverage bottles, mineral water bottles, pesticide bottles, cosmetic bottles large-bore bottles, medical bottles, hot-filled bottles made of plastic such as PET/PC/PP/ PE.etc
Our machine adopts an advanced microcomputer control system with stable performance. In terms of temperature control, the ruby lamp is used for heating, which has strong penetrating power the bottle preform rotates and is heated, the track revolves, and the heating is uniform, fast and reliable. The lamp tube, the with and eight of the reflector can be adjusted in the heating zone to suit life ent structures The bottle preform is heated and has an automatic temperature exhaust device to ensure the constant temperature of the drying tunnel. At the same time, the high-pressure booster and double-cranked coning od are used to clamp the mold, which has a strong clamping force. The air circuit design divides the action and blowing up into three parts to meet the different air pressure requirements of the bottle blowing and action: the safe and reliable unique valve position design makes the air circuit clearer.
Our factory wide mouth blow molding machine is easy to install and start, and the rejection rate of finished bottles is less than 0.2%. The operation method has two modes: manual/automatic. Q 1 When can I get installation from you? how much the cost?
When you finish the preparation conditions(water resource,electricity,air supply,production materials) according to our designed layout , please contact with our sales manager, we will dispatch engineer to you.
* Inspect and improve connection jobs together with your team .
* Guide your staff to operate machines , and explain how to operate and maintain machines .
* Collected your your comments on our machines , we will send feedback to our technical team to improve our machines continuously.
The customer should be responsible for the room, meals and board and the two-way air tickets and visa and fee as well the allowance 100 USD per day for each person. And should be also responsible for the engineer’s personal safety.
Note: Normally when your preparation is done,you can contact with our sales people and cooperate us to get the visa for the engineer and our engineer will be there within 15 days more or less .
