1.Main feeding line system
The automatic feeding system consist of silo or hopper,driving motor system,auger,feed sensor, etc. The
closed chicken house design improves the management efficiency, reduces the cross infection rate,
achieve the highly of automated control of the chicken farm.
(1).Silo system
The silo is composed of silo body,silo lid and silo legs, etc. Silo body is made of 275g/m hot galvanized
panel (two sides). There is a hole on the type-cone for checking the feed level. We have different types of
silos to meet different requirements. Silo characteristics: high strength, anti-corrosive, easy installation and
long service life.
(2).Manpower hopper
*Surface spray treatment, wear-resistant anti-corrosion, beautiful appearance;
*The whole hopper is detachable, saving more space;
*Four different sizes of hoppers for you to choose. You can choose the suitable size according to your
feeding quantity and individual needs, you can also customized individually according to your requirements.
(3).Auger and pipe
Auger: Imported from South Africa, made of high quality
spring steel, long service life and not easily deformed.
(4).Motor
Die-cast aluminum alloy shell and input & output flange, excellent heat
dissipation, no rust, stable and reliable.
Split Gearbox, quick and easy to replacement.
(5).Feed sensor
Two kinds of imported sensors to choose.
1. Germany IFM feed level sensor (double wires),
2. Israel Agrologic feed level sensor (three wires).
2.Automatic pan feeding line system
This system can convey feed from feeding line hopper into each feed pan automaticly. We usuaslly
install one sensor inside one feed pan which is near to the motor end, when sensor can't touch feed,
driving motor will start working and convey feed, when sensor touch feed, driving motor will stop working.

structure:Assembled hopper, save shipping space and better for protecting surface galvanized layer.
Thickness:≥1.2mm Material:275g galvanized sheet.
(2).Feeding line motor
Die-cast aluminum alloy shell and input & output flange, excellent heat dissipation, no rust, stable and reliable.
Split Gearbox, quick and easy to replacement.
Power:0.75kw/1.1kw/1.5kw single phase or three phase, 50HZ/60HZ.
(3).Feeding line pipe and auger
Feed tube:
Hot-dip galvanized steel pipe, the zinc coating amount > 275g/M 2 (double sided), good
rust-proof effect and long service time. 3m with 4 holes and 3 m with 3 holes are optional.
New type feed pipe with raised edge can protect the feed pan better and increase the feed pan service life.
The uniform zinc layer is beneficial to increase the service life of the feed pipe.
Auger:
Imported from South Africa, made of high quality spring steel, long service life, stable
performance, can be conveyed powder and pellet feed.
(4).Feeding pan
Made of pure raw materials, contains anti-aging and anti-UV additives, durable and more than 10 years
service life. All types of feed pans are designed according to the world's advanced feeding concept, which
can make broiler chickens enjoy eating happily in different stages; the types and colors of chicken feed pan
can be chosen freely according to your preferences.
(5).Lifting and suspension system
Its very convient to adjust feeding line height by winch.
3.Automatic nipple drinking system
This system can provide clean and fresh water to broiler chickens steadily, the water will be out when birds
touch nipples. Our nipple's rod can be movable in 360 degrees, easy to drink.
(1).The front system of water line
The front part is controller of water, it's main function is to adjust water supplying pressure and stabilize
drinking volume, which is ususlly installed in control room included:
- Pressure regulating valve-make sure to supply water to drinking lines
- Filter-clean water and avoid blocking nipples.
- Water meter-measure water usage volume.
- Doser-add medicine to drinking system automatically.
(2).Pressure regulator system
Integrated pressure regulation,recoil and water level display.
Operating easily and responding quickly.
The internal valve is made of pure raw material, softand anti-aging.
(3).Nipple drinking system
- Square water pipe
Lubing type, the nipple shell is made of POM and stainless steel. It is double-sealed with cone valve. It has
good sealing effect and strong stability. The water pipe adopts 22×22 pure raw material PVC square tube with
light blocking agent inside to reduce the growth of bacteria and moss in the tube.
Galvanized tube and aluminum alloy triangle are optional.
- Round water pipe
Plasson type, Aluminum alloy support, more corrosion-resistant.Round water pipe, smooth water flow,
snap-in type installation, convenient and fast. The nipple is improved double-sealed cone nipple, the effect
is better. Hollow designed water cup is more stable.
(4).Lifting &Suspension system
Correct drinking line height is very important for chicken.it's very easy to adjust drinking line height by winch.
4.Ventilation system
This system controls poultry house inner environment, provides fresh air,proper humidity for your chickens,
ensuring your broilers provide maximum production.

(2).Air inlets
Manual control:
Operator will check the pressure of chicken farm, control winch by hand until meet requirements.
Automatic control:
As per the request of different chicken house pressure by controller, make the air inlet window open and off automatically.
5.Cooling pad system
When the air goes through cooling pads, the heater will be taken down by the evaporation of water. So the
air will be cooled before going into your poultry farms.
