Location, facilities & our team
Our facility is located in Longgang district, north-east of Shenzhen China. The 11,000 square-meter facility has production lines, as well a product design and R&D center that develops top-quality products for our many customers worldwide. We employ over 100 staff and produce over a million of stationery product a month.

Hang Kei offers a comprehensive range of stationery production services, ranging from regular stationery product, eco-friendly product, to custom ODM / OEM design service.

1. Regular stationery product – whiteboard marker, permanent marker, felt marker, projector marker, metallic marker, T-shirt marker, washable fabric marker, liquid chalk marker, color changing marker, glass or window marker, gel pen, ball pen, refill, wooden pencil, chalk, crayon, ruler, eraser, holder and clips, etc.

2. Eco-friendly product - recycled newspaper pencil and color pencil.

3. Custom ODM / OEM mold design and manufacturing services – high efficiency infrastructure design based on customer needs and requirement, in order to maximize the capacity and lower the cost.

1. Are you a factory / manufacturer?
Yes, we own our factory and take the full control of whole manufacturing process, that's why we can be flexible and able to make customization according to your needs. 

2. What is you MOQ? Can we start the deal from small quantity?
In general, our MOQ is 10000 pcs per color per style. However, we are sincere to start the business with new customer, and it is absolutely negotiable if you want to start the business from small.

3. Do you offer free sample? How about the freight fee?
In general, we offer free sample if you can accept our existing models and colors. Otherwise, we will quote you the sampling fee for the customization.
For the freight fee, it is totally free if you can provide your global courier account. If you don't have the courier account, we can quote you the freight fee required (door to door delivery) from our shipping agent. 

4. Can you do customizations to the product? (e.g make the components according to our pantone color, print our logo on the product, customize the packaging, etc.
Yes, all plastic components can be changed and matched with the pantone number provided. Besides, we have our mould development team and they are very experienced to design & setup customized product.
