Packing & Delivery
We use stong solid wood crate to pack every single piece of granite stone railing cap produced from our factory. The thickness of the wood panel is standard 2cm and the protection foams to be used are 5cm and 2 cm accordingly to different stone protection request.

We're a factory located in Quyang, China which was named as the "hometown of carvings."

Yes, we accept small order even if you only need only 1 set or piece for your home decoration. We have rich experience in working with homeowners.
3, Can I order something based on my own design?
Yes, we welcome your own design and can produce it exactly as per your request.
4, Can you help us to do some detailed design if we only have a picture or sketch?
Yes, that is one of our advantages. We offer design assistance service such as Auto CAD graphics, 3D renderings, etc.
5, How do you guarantee the quality of your products?
We carry out the most strict quality check standard in our factory. HD pictures and videos will be taken and sent periodically for you to know about the whole process from material selection, fabrication, preassembling, packing and shipping.
6, Can you arrange to door delivery?
Yes, we can arrange the to door delivery to ease your ordering.
7, What's your lead time? How long can I get my order delivered to my place?
It normally takes 2 to 4 weeks to fabricate the custom orders. The shipping time on water is normally about 3 to 5 weeks depending on where you're located.
8, What is your payment term?
T/T 30% Deposit to start the fabrication and 70% balance against B/L. Or Credit Card via Alipay.
