The belt conveyor designed by Henan Yuanzhen Machinery is a kind of friction-driven machine that transports materials in a continuous manner. The machine is mainly composed of frame, conveyor belt, rollers, rollers, tensioning device, transmission device and so on.
It can form a kind of material conveying process between the initial supply point and the final discharge point in a certain conveying line. It can convey both broken and loose materials as well as finished goods. In addition to pure material conveying, it can also cooperate with the requirements of the process in the production process of each industrial enterprise to form a rhythmic flow operation transportation line.
Structural principle
The conveyor belt of belt conveyor moves according to the principle of friction transmission, which is suitable for conveying low abrasive materials and bagged materials that can be easily hollowed out to obtain powder, granular, small lumps, such as coal, gravel, sand, cement, fertilizer, grain, etc.
The belt conveyor can be used in the ambient temperature range of -20℃ to +40℃, and the temperature of the material to be conveyed is less than 60℃. The machine length and assembly form can be determined according to the user's requirements, the drive can be used with electric drums, or the drive device with drive frame.

3. low power consumption of belt conveyor, because the material and the conveyor belt almost no relative movement, not only make the running resistance is small (about 1/3-1/5 of the scraper conveyor), and the wear and tear of the load are small, high productivity. These are conducive to reducing production costs.
4. Belt conveyor conveying line is highly adaptable, the line length depends on the need, short is a few meters, long can be more than 10km.
