Inspection requirements for main components

Heating Platen
The heating plate adopts the integrated design of heating and cooling.It uses silicon element heating technology and S-type water cooling pipe, which can be heated from natural temperature to vulcanization temperature (145 ° C) for less than 50 minutes and cooling time for less than 15 minutes.The heating plate is made of high strength aluminum material, which makes our heating plate more durable.The embedded design and reinforced pin are used at the power socket to ensure that the electrical socket will not be blocked at any angle of use and can input more stable current.

Water/Air Pressure Bag
The rubber raw material used in the rubber pressure bag is specially developed for the pressure bag by our company.It has better tensile force and longer service life, it can be pressurized to the maximum pressure of 2.5Mpa. in the vulcanization process can give uniform pressure to the conveyor belt. There are no metal parts except water socket.

Controllers
Automatic control of the whole splicing process.The alarm device will automatically alarm and cut off the power when the processing is finished.The socket adopts the latest design, which is more reliable and safe.
Aluminum Bar
The aluminum bar is made of 7005 aluminum alloy and its surface is treated by oxidation process, so it has higher strength and wear resistance.The aluminum bar adopts embedded bolt slot design, which is more safer for users.
