Applicable range:
1. Used as blending tank, mixing tank, preparation tank, fermentation tank, disinfection tank and ageing tank etc.
2. Ideal in fields such as food, dairy products, fruit juice beverages, pharmacy, chemical industry and biological engineering etc.
* Heating method:
1) By electricity (oils or water): Insert the electric heating rods into jacket, and uniform heating and no cooling zone. Pour heat conducting oil or water into jacket as heating medium, they produce heat energy to heat the material in the tank.
2) by steam: pour steam into jacket, through its heat energy to heat the material in the tank
optional parts: steam control valves(electromagnetic valve, steam stop valve, safety valve and pressure gauge, steam trap valve)
3) by gas: direct heating the material in the tank, or with conducting oil or water jacket with isolation
