TWO. PRODUCTION METHOD

  Geomembrane of Changxing is mainly made of HDPE(High density polyethylene) and a few addictives, such as color masterbatch, UV resistance, carbon black and so forth and so on. There are two ways of producing this geomembrane, one is film blown technology, the other is extrusion technology, and the former is more even in strength performances, so we mainly use film blown, too.

THREE. PACKAGE & LOADING

  Geomembrane of Changxing is packed according to the requirement of shipping transport, compact but all body covered, keep it the least volume and also safe to ship. The package material is usually woven geotextile.

T/T, L/C, DDP, DAP, CIF, FOB,Exw and so forth so on, possible deposit low to 10%.

5. What if I want 42m long?

Friend, for the roll length, almost any length is available for us, say 55m, 68m, 80m and so on. 

6. When order with small quantity, whats advised sizes?

For thickness under 1.0mm, 1m,2m,3m,4m,6m,5.8m,8m wide are all good, for it could be folded;

For thickness over 1.0mm, 1m,2m,3m,4m,5.8m wide are all good, but 5.8m is not advised, 3m wide is the most advised; For if 5.8m wide, the shipping cost will be much higher;

7. Whats the quantity for instant production(absolute MOQ)?

Usually over 10,000sqm could be produced instantly for sure for any thickness.
