1.   Unique Internal Structure Design That Is Exempted from Applying for a Boiler Use Certificate

The water volume of this series of product is lower than 30L within the scope of exemption from applying for a boiler use certificate, that is, there is no need to apply for a boiler use certificate. A built-in steam separator is installed inside the furnace pipe, which solves the difficult of steam with water and ensures high quality of the steam.

2.   The Use of High-quality Core Components-Electric Heating Pipe

Electric heating pipe is not only made of stainless steel pipe with high-quality thick wall of 316L, with life cycle exceeds by 30% than commonly used 304 stainless steel pipe, but also uses imported high-temperature magnesium oxide powder and sealing materials, with high temperature resistance up to 900℃. It could better ensure the service life of electric heating pipe. In addition, electric pipe and furnace body are connected to flange, which is convenient for replacement, repairs and maintenance.

All pipes and instruments are connected by using stainless pipes or copper pipes, and electrical appliances are the most famous Delixi electric appliances, which are safe and reliable with luxurious configuration.

4.   Multiple Safety Interlock Protection

The product is installed with overpressure protection such as safety valve and pressure controller etc that are examined by Boiler Inspection Institution, to prevent the boiler from explosion caused by overpressure; at the same time, it has low water level protection, and the boiler would stop working automatically when water supply stops, preventing boiler from dry heating and leading to phenomenon of damage or even burn out in electrical heating components. Leakage protection makes operating personnel and equipment security more protected, so that boiler would clear the circuit automatically even there is short circuit and leakage because of improper boiler operation, and ensure the safety of operation personnel and control circuit timely.

Before leaving factory, products should pass strict debugging. Users only need to connect the power and water source, and press the start button to enter automatic running state without complicated installation.
