Features

Huiyu Modified acrylate adhesive 302(big) is two-component(A and B), reaction type structural adhesive synthesized by advanced technology. Its main ingredient is methyl acrylate with the following main features: may be used conveniently, not need to measure accurately, bonding on oil surface, cure fast at room temperature, high bonding strength, good acid, alkali, water and oil resistant, high and low temperature resistant, have good performance of aging resistant.

Application

   This adhesive can stick materials of same kind and different kinds, including steel, iron, aluminium, titanium, ABS, PVC, nylon, polycarbonate, plexiglas, polyester resin, cement, china, wood,etc. It is widely used for making and repairing of automobile,motorcycle, machine, channels and containers in chemical industry, carpentry and furnitures, lanterns and signboards, toys and every-day articles,electrical apliance(It is comparatively no good at gluing galvanized iron, red copper and polyolefin).

Instruction:

   Clean the surface of the material, make sure they have no dust or oil on them.Wait until they are dry.

Mixing A and B in the proportion of 1:1 with adhesive smear, glue within 3 minutes at room temperature. Bond by the aid of fingers, set in 5 to 10 minutes. 50% of wanted strength reaches after 30 minutes. The highest strength reaches after 24 hours.

Fully curing needs 24 hours. Can be used at temperature of -60° ~ 100°C.

Cautions:

   Avoid contact with skin and eyes, once it occurs, flush wiuth water and consult doctor immediately. Keep out of reach of children.
