Q: What are your payment terms?
A: 30% down now, and the remaining 70% before delivery. Before you pay the balance, we will show you a photo of the product and package, other conditions can be negotiated.

Q: How do you control quality?
A: Quality control starts from the following points .
1. IQC material inspection;
2. For the first sample inspected by QC, QC will review it according to the parameterlist and key size required by the customer to decide whether the production can continue;
3, in the process of processing, our IPQC will check the injection parts every 2 hours to ensure that there is no defective
products;
4. FQC will check the products before they are sent to the warehouse;
5. 100% by OQC inspection before delivery.

Q: What should we do if we receive defectiveproducts?
A: If you receive defective products, please send photos to us, we will feedback to our engineers and QC department and solve the problem as soon as possible.

A: The package is as follows
1. For the mold, wewill first apply a layer of anti-rust oil, and then cover the film on the mold, and finally put it into the
fumigation wooden box.
