A: Yes, our office have professional designer team to design and send artwork to clients to confirm.

3. Q: How can I get the quotation?
A: Please provide the following Product details: material, thikcness, size, color, quantity, or you can send your original sample to us for reference. We will send the quotation within 2 working days once all specification confirmed.

4. Q: Can your factory make samples before mass production, is the sample free?
A: Yes, we will produce the sample and send you to confirm before bulk order, and samples will be free, but clients will be responsable for freight cost.

5. Q: How to place the bulk order?

6. Q: How is the delivery time for samples and the bulk order ?
A: After artwork confirmed, samples will be ready within 4-6 working days; bulk order will be finished within 10-15 days.

A: TT 30% for deposit, 70% before shipment ; Paypal; Western Union. FOB price for FCL, EXW price for LCL and consolidation.

A: Artpaper gives the best performance of color and design. We also can provide other special paper like kraft paper, black card, white card, offset paper and PU leather etc.
