Installation requirements of wave tiles:
Thickness of 1.0 mm wave plate, recommended purlin span < 1000 mm; thickness of 1.2 mm wave plate, recommended purlin span < 1200 mm;
The thickness of wave plate is 1.5mm and the span of purlin is less than 1500mm. When wave plate is used for lighting, it is suggested that wave plate be laid under the color steel tile. If self-tapping screw is used to fix, it must be drilled beforehand. The diameter of the hole is 50% larger than the diameter of the screw.
