Jiangxi Fandian Wheel Forging Co., Ltd. is a high-tech enterprise specialized in design, manufacturing and sales of auto aluminium alloy wheels. Our products cover forged wheels, casting wheels and flow forming wheels.

We have advanced production equipment and a sound detection system. The main production equipment includes: 2 sets of energy-saving smelting furnace, 34 gravity casting machines, 2 sets of continuous heat-treatment line, 50 sets of CNC machining equipment, 36 sets of forging equipment, 1 set of flow forming production line, 4 sets of fully automatic coating line. The detection equipment includes: spectrum analyzer, X-ray detection machine, dynamic balancing machine, leak testing machine, salt spray testing machine, impact testing machine, radial fatigue testing machine, bending fatigue testing machine, etc..
Our producing process is strictly followed by GB/T 19001-2016/ISO 9001:2015 / IATF 16949 quality management system, and our products are in full compliance with requirements of TUV and VIA.
Our wheels have been exported to Europe, America, Asia Pacific, Middle East and other overseas markets. With high-quality products, just-in-time delivery and good service, Fandian has been one of the most influential and representative modern manufacturing enterprises in the aluminum alloy wheel industry.

Q1: How to gurantee the wheel quality?
A: All of our products conform to JWL/VIA standard, undergo rigorous impact test, cornering

Q2: How about your delivery time?
A: From the deposit received date, we will finish production within 30-45 days. If need to open wheel mould, leadtime will take 1-2 week longer.
Q3: What information should I provide for a quotation?
A: Usually we will quote according to the wheel size, PCD, CB, ET(offset), color and order quantity.
Q4: Do you accept OEM or ODM order?
A: We accept OEM, ODM with customer's logo, wheel design and packing design.
Q5: What's your MOQ?
A: For our existing mould, MOQ is 100pcs.
