1.Q: Are you a factory or trading company?
A: We are a professional factory specialize in manufacturing Yoga & Fitness wear, workout cloth, compression wear, running wear, jacket, protective wear, sport accessories etc.
2.Q: What's your minimum order quantity?
A: for OEM orders, our normal MOQ is 200pcs per design per color with 3~4 mixed sizes, and for logo customization service, it would be able do with 50-100 per design.
3.Q: Can I put my design logo on the items?
A: Of cause, we can put your logo on our designs or any items. We can make the logo by heat transfer, screen printing, silicon printing, and rubber printing, embroidered... we just need the vector AI logo file.
4.Q: What's your sample policy?
A: Our sample fee will ne return in your bulk order, and sample lead time around 7-15 days.
5.Q: What's the production lead time?
A: Our production time is about 35 55days after the pre production sample confirmed by you, and also depends on the order quantity, material and details you required.
6.Q: How do you control the products' quality?
A: We have QA & QC department and all the products will be 100% checked before pack. And you can send your QC team or ask the 3rd party to inspect the products before we ship it out.
7.Q: What's the payment terms?
A: Our payment terms are T/T, PayPal, or Credit card, E-Checking through Alibaba Trade assurance.
