The wear resistance of the PTFE can be significantly improved by filled Carbon And Graphite.

PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene rod) advantages: high temperature resistance, low temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, weather resistance, high lubrication, no adhesion, no toxicity.

1. The temperature range is very wide (from -200 degrees Celsius to +260 degrees Celsius)
2. Basically resistant to all chemicals except some fluorides and alkaline liquids.
3. Excellent mechanical properties including aging resistance, especially for bending and oscillating applications.
