Q: How long is your delivery time?

A: Generally it is 5-7 days if the goods are in stock. or it is 15-20 days if the goods are not in stock, it is according to quantity.

Q: Do you provide samples ? is it free or extra ?

A: Yes, we could offer the sample for free , but not including the shipping cost.

Q: How to customize a sample?

A:If you are ordering a unique sample that we don't have in stock, you need to provide all the details, it will be better if you can send a sample for our evaluation. Customized samples maybe need new molding, which will cost molding fee. We will check your sampling requirements, then issue a sampling P/I. Sampling may take 3-5 days, depending on detailed samples.
