Industrial air cooler is water-cooled air conditioner that use the principle of water evaporation to take away heat, and do not require compressors/refrigerants. When the fan is running, negative pressure is generated in the body, and the outdoor air flows through the porous and humid wet curtain surface. The moisture on the wet curtain evaporates and takes away heat, making the air temperature at the air outlet 5-12 degrees Celsius lower than the air temperature at the air inlet (dry Hot areas can reach 15 degrees Celsius). It can play the role of ventilation and cooling, continuously bringing fresh cold air into the room, and at the same time can increase the indoor humidity, with the dual function of cooling and humidification. It should be noted that industrial air coolers are usually installed outdoors. If necessary, universal wheels can also be installed as indoor units. When the air cooler is running, a certain area of doors or windows should be opened for ventilation. If there are not enough doors and windows, an exhaust fan should be installed, and the exhaust volume should reach more than 80% of the total air supply of the environmentally friendly air conditioner.
Working Principle
