The function
1 low sweetness: the sweetness of erythritol is only 60% to 70% of that of sucrose. It has a cool taste in the mouth, pure taste

2 high stability: it is very stable to acid and heat, highly resistant to acid and alkali, and does not undergo decomposition and

3 high heat of dissolution: erythritol has a heat absorption effect when dissolved in water. The heat of dissolution is only
97.4KJ/KG, which is higher than the heat absorption of glucose and sorbitol. It has a sense of coolness when eaten.
4 high solubility: the solubility of erythritol at 25℃ is 36% (W/W). With the increase of temperature, the solubility of
erythritol increases, higher than that of glucose, mannose and arabinol, and it is easy to crystallize out into crystals.
5 low hygroscopicity: erythritol is very easy to crystallize, but in 90% humidity environment will not hygroscopicity, easy to
crush into powder products, can be used for food surface to prevent food hygroscopicity and deterioration.
Application

hernial pain. Tetrahydropalmatine has a protective effect on liver injury induced by carbon tetrachloride in mice.
