It can improve the feeling after using cosmetics on the skin, reduce the adding amount of the skin feeling regulator and enhance the stability of the freeze-thaw cycle as Well as produce a collaborative moisturizing effect. Hydroxyethyl Urea is not sticky nor greasy and it is adaptable to a wide pH range. Experiments reveal that a better moisturizing effect would be achieved if HEU and glycerin are used together.
