Product Process
Cut the material for producing.
First Step,cut the airtight PVC material into small sheet according the drawing for ready to make the PVC water tank like the following pictures.
Use technology to heat the tank.
Second step,use the high-frequency heat sealing technology to heat the PVC sheet.The high-frequency heat sealing technology can make the tank very stronger.
Screw the accessories and test.
Final step,screw each valves and corners into the tank.And after checking,inflate the tank and then use soapy water to test each seam and valve.

Product packaging
Wipe the flat water tank.
First step,after testing,make the PVC water tank into flat shape.Then use the cleaning fabric to wipe the water tank one place by one place.
Make the tank into roll sheet.
Second step,after wiping,roll the PVC water tank.Make the PVC water tank into roll sheet like the following pictures for ready to pack.
Put it into carton or wooden box.
Final step,put the PVC water tank into roll sheet with white waterproof package in case of broking.Then put them together into wooden box or carton.
