Refractory cement is a kind of cement with a refractoriness not less than 1580°C. According to different compositions, it can be divided into aluminate refractory cement, low calcium aluminate refractory cement, calcium magnesium aluminate cement and dolomite refractory cement, etc.
Character
CA50 is a hydraulic binder with an alumina contentof ap-proximately 50%.
The principal components of CA50 are calclum aluminates,which make it an ideal binder for refactory aplcations.
The rheological properties of CA50 are well adapted for alltypes of placing methods, particularly for casting and gun-ning. It is recommended tor aplications where rapld hard-ening properties and excellent mechanical performances arerequred.
Fame Rise CA50 products are manufactured by sinteringprocess in rotary kin, represented by three product types:A600, A700 and A900.
