O-ring size inspection standard

1.The O-ring is an annular seal having an O-shaped cross section, the size of which is determined by the inner diameter ID and the wire diameter CS.

2.O-ring size calculation: outer diameter = inner diameter + 2 x wire diameter (OD = ID + 2 x CS).

3.The purpose of using O-ring seals is to prevent leakage and loss of liquids or gases.

4.The hardness of o-ring size inspection standards is 90 degrees +/- 5 degrees, 80 degrees +/- 5 degrees, 70 degrees +/- 5 degrees, 60 degrees +/- 5 degrees, 50 degrees +/- 5 degrees, and 40 degrees. Degree +/-5 degrees, 30 degrees +/-5 degrees, 20 degrees +/-5 degrees.

O-ring size inspection standard is mainly based on the size of inner diameter and wire diameter. Generally, the size inspection Standard of small o-ring inner diameter is plus or minus 0.12MM, and the size inspection standard of wire diameter is plus or minus 0.08MM.
