Tenon Intelligent Production Base
Our factory is located in Panyu District, Guangzhou, with a plant area of 11,000 square meters. It has a fully air-conditioned workshop. It has 9 advanced fully automatic imported medium-high-speed, high-precision SMT surface mounters and corresponding reflow soldering machines, printing machines and other supporting equipment , The daily output of electronic locks is 1,100 sets, and the annual output is 400,000 sets. In response to the market requirements of environmental protection, the entire SMT workshop is a lead-free SMT production line. The assembly workshop has 9 automatic production lines, and is equipped with a fully automatic wave soldering furnace.
We have established a high-standard self-inspection laboratory, where each new product will undergo 800,000 trouble-free tests before it goes on the market. We are strict with ourselves and responsible for every customers.
