Silicon Nitride Bonded Sic plate is made of high quality synthetically made silicon carbide grains (SIC) andselected bonding components, including nitride, Si3N4 as material,After drying, sintering in high temperature furnace to form. It’s Maximum service temperature is 1,550°C, and especially suitable at the long time firing between 1,200~1,550°C range.
Sic plate application:
It mainly find its applications in blast furnace lining, the lining of alumina electrolytic bath and various nonferrous metal smelting, glass tank and ceramic in dustires, etc.
