 A: We have our own factory and trading company, with over 100 workers in total. 

Q2. What is the MOQ for your jewellery? 

 A: We have thousands of different styles in stock. For stock models there is no MOQ requirement, 1PC is acceptable. For customer designs, 100pc is required.

Q3. Is it OK to engrave or laser my logo on the jewelry?

 A: Yes. 

Q4. Can I have a sample order for the jewelry? 

 A: Yes. We welcome sample orders to test and check the quality. 

Q5. What about the lead time?

 A: Samples or Stock Orders less than 7 days, mass production time (over 1000 pcs) 15-25 days, it may vary depend on production process. 

Q6. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive? 

 A: We usually ship by DHL, EMS, TNT, FedEx or UPS. To Asian, European and American countries, it usually needs about 3-7 days. To other countries, it may take about 5-15 days. Airline and sea shipping are also optional. 

Q7.How to proceed with an order for the jewelry? 

 A: Firstly let us know your requirements in detail. Then we quote according to it and ship samples to you. Thirdly customer confirms the samples and makes the deposit for formal order. Lastly,  we arrange the production and ship it when the rest of payment is received. 

Q8. Can the price be negotiated?

 A: Yes. More discounts will be offered with larger quantities. 

Q9. Any information about your after-sales service?

 A: We always strive for excellence in quality and perfect after-sales service. If any defectives are noted, please take photos or videos and send them for us to check, we will give you feedback as soon as possible.
