Most of the beginner buyers (Retailers, importer, whole seller) usually afraid to produce their garments with new vendors as they’re having bitter experience regarding quality and on time delivery. Ø  For quality issue- we are really strict on it. We consider the products as a child and we never sacrifice anything for quality matter. We are maintaining some quality procedure which can ensure your products are delivered with appropriate quality as customer’s requirements.

Ø  For delivery- every customer is having a scheduled time frame to put the goods in the stores. Our main target is to deliver the products within customer’s time frame so that the sell will not hampered.

Ø  Sample support: We usually provide the samples at free of cost except any expensive or imported materials.Once the order has been confirmed, the price is negotiated and all over the design is finalized then only we can proceed for sampling. But the sample shipping charge has to be paid by customer.

Ø  For MOQ ; We accept 500 pcs per color/design although the production cost is getting higher for such small qty goods but we’re ready to serve with such small qty also.

Ø  Communication support-we are really stronger in communication through mail, over telephone, whatsup, we chat or others online apps.

Ø  Production report and other update– we like to send production report and other progress report on daily basis or each alternative day so that our customer can realize the actual situation of their products and advise us if there is any exception.

Ø  As the retail prices are decreasing globally so we try to offer the competitive& workable price to customer in order to grab the business.

-we provide services from development to shipment which includes design, development, planning, procurement, Manufacturing and finally quality control & inspection. We make sure that you will get that product exactly what you’re expected. In short, we provide OEM and ODM both services. We can help you to make your own design (As per Spec Sheet) or we can customize the product as per your requirement.

2. Do you make custom brand products?

We provide both of ODM and OEM services. We can make products with your brand name/logo. Or you can modify any design or create a new design from several style or you can provide us one reference sample and customized the design on that sample.

  We will make the styling sample for you and it is FREE.

 
3.  Is the price negotiable?

We always put realistic consideration in terms of pricing & keep our costs as competitive as possible.  Please contact with us and send us your design, order quantity, order sheet and spec sheet, we would give you an affordable price according to your design, customization and quantity.

 4. Do you accept small orders?

-Yes we do. Our minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 500pcs/color. .

 5. Can I get a free sample?

- Yes, we will provide you the sample at free of cost. Once the product is selected, price is confirmed and we got your design in detailed only then we can make sample and will send it to you. But in this case buyer has to bear the delivery cost of this sample.

 6. What is your delivery time?

It will depend on the bulk garments quality, material and quantity. It will vary product to product. If the products material are sourced from local ready source then the production lead time will be lesser (below 30 days). Usually for bulk we are offering 30-45 days only for production lead time.

7. What is your guarantee with regards to on time delivery?

 As the on time delivery is really a sensitive issue so we try to maintain it from the very beginning of production procedure and we prefer to send the day production progress through mail or other customer’s provided formats so that both of us will take a pre-action to save our shipment.

8.  What is the shipping method and cost?

-Shipping method could be Sea transportation or air transportation. In the matter of shipping cost it depends on the order quantity, shipping method and the location of port.

9. What is your payment method & payment term?

As per our local government laws, we can only allow TT and LC.

Payment Terms: 70% Deposit before production and 30% Before Delivery (for TT payment)

10.   Do you have refund and exchange policy?

We give immense value to business ethics, which is why we also take steps to make our buyers feel safe when purchasing garments & fashion apparel from Odyssey sourcing. For this reason, we present an exclusive refund policy, exchange policy, an all-inclusive quality assurance program.
