Proudctiopn Process                                                                                                       

Inflation the products                                                                                                      

a. unpack the park elements and open the valve cap (Picture A)

b. then Insert the nozzle of the pump into the valve, and lock it in place by twisting it clockwise. Start the pump to start inflating the element–you will need 800 W power supply for this (Picture B),about 1-2mins 

When you have inflated the product up to about 85%, first shut off the pump,then disengage it by twisting it counterclockwise (check with a manometer that the pressure is 0,05-0,07 bar), and cover the valve.as the following picture show.

Deflation                                                                                                                           

Open the valve cap for deflating

 Insert the deflating end of the pump into the valve and secure it by twisting it

clockwise. Start the pump to start deflation.

 Packing                                                                                                                            

1.For the finished product, we packed with strong PVC tarpaulin(same to the products).The PVC tarpaulin bag is durable enough to bear the impact during  shipment. In order for you to find your products quickly, we make number remark of the bag, and each bag we have printed image of what packed in.Customized: you can choose to print your logo on the package. What you need do is to send us your picture. We finfish the rest.

2.Blower or air pump are packed By PVC bag or carton which suitable for shipment, also been marked outside if the package, so that you can find them quickly and correctly.

Different countries have 110V/220V voltage, and different plugs, it will much appreciated if you can tell us what pug you want, or we will the plug your contries use
