1.Are you a factory or trading Company?
A: We are a factory, can accept OEM, produce all kinds of office furnitures such as office chairs and tables that you want.
2.How can u put our logo on the product/ cartons?
A: We can put customers' logos on products, logo materials availble in: fabric,cooper, stickers on the products. But we have MOQ
order 1 container if need chair logo service. Cartons shipmarks is also available for printing customers logo.
3.Is it OK to put my logo on chairs or tables?
A: Yes. You could send your fabric logo to us, and then we can put your logo chairs. Additionally, we can print your logo on
boxes.
4.How to place the order?
A: Just send enquiry to us of your request, our sales team will contact you and quote the price with your details. After checking
the unit price & order details, payment terms and delivery terms, we'll make proforma invoice for you to place the order and pay.
Furthermore, sample order is acceptable to us.
5.What about MOQ?
A: It depend on the model design and request. If it is our common
model, MOQ for chairs is 20pcs/model, MOQ for desk/cabinets is 2pcs/model.
6.Sample time and charges?
A: If common item, sample is same as bulk order quantity price. About 3 days after receiving the sample payment.
7.Lead time?
A: Sample needs about 3 days, mass production time needs 20 days for order quantity more than one full container.
