  Because only very small amount of circulating water in the retort, and adopt high efficiency heat exchanger. So, the sterilized food warming speed is fast, can keep food flavor and color with max retention, can effectively reduce energy consumption.

•The perfect pressure and temperature control, suitable for gas packaging sterilization

  Precise pressure control,± 0.005Mpa, temperature is ±0.5℃. The sterilization process for temperature and pressure ofthe retort for continuous monitoring, control system is checking  pressure and temperature automatically, in order to make it adapt with the pressure inside of the product. For any percentage of filled with air or gas packaging, or under vacuum sealed packaging canGermicidal treatment, without the packaging or its contents were destroyed or deformation.

A: According to clients' request, RITONG can provide installation Technologists to supervise and assist in the assembly and commissioning of the equipment.

Q: What about Warranty? what will we do if the machine is broken down?
A: The warranty period for all of RITONG’s structural and mechanical equipment is normally one year. Wear parts are not covered in warranty unless the component part is found to be flawed.
