What kind of machine is this? what can the machine do?
This is a Ricoh UV printer/universal flatbed printer/digital universal printer. Our equipment can be used for high-resolution color spray on any material surface. Specifically, designs can be printed directly on the plastic (ABS, PC, TPU, PE, PP, etc.), metal, glass, ceramics, acrylic, leather, MuZhu materials, stone, and other materials and products.
How do i know the print quality?
You can send us the materials or items for free printing on the product to check the quality.

Location & Setting： Relatively clean, the temperature should be controlled between 20 and 30 degrees, the humidity range is between 40% and 60%, the requirement is equipped with air conditioning and temperature and humidity meter. Avoid direct sunlight, bright light, or heat source. The machine must be away from the strong interference radiation
How long will the printhead last?
The normal maintenance nozzle can be used for 2-3 years, the most important is to maintain and maintain well.
Is the printhead warranty? Why is that?
The nozzles are not guaranteed because the nozzle is a consumable part and the ink is worn out when it passes through the nozzle.
How to maintain the printhead?
Be sure to print the nozzles before and after printing every day to ensure that the nozzle is in normal condition; Press ink if
the test line is not ok. After work, if normal shutdown, use non-woven cloth soaked in the cleaning fluid to stick under the
nozzle, wrap the plastic wrap and seal the nozzle. If it does not turn off, start flashing and keep the nozzle moist. The
technical department will provide training after the specific maintenance details.
