The second is to set up and install on both sides and aerate in the center. Space must be left above and below the bio cord setting frame to maintain a good water flow state, and a baffle (rectifier plate) can also be used to improve water flow efficiency.
 When the concentration of organic matter entering the biological reaction tank is high, a backwashing device must be installed. The excess sludge attached to the bio cord filter media is periodically backwashed to maintain the efficient treatment activity of the attached microorganisms on the bio cord.
 There must be enough oxygen in the aeration tank. The amount of aeration is determined by various conditions. If the amount of aeration is calculated based on the organic matter content in the wastewater, the amount of aeration per hour must be more than 3 times the volume of the aeration tank.
 It is also necessary to use a diffusing tube, and pay attention to a sufficient amount of air to achieve good processing efficiency.
