Q1:Are you a factory or trading company?
A1:We are Professional Ceramic Tableware manufacturer. Our factory is in Chaozhou with 100,000sqm and sales office( showroom) in Guangzhou with 20,000sqm. We could provide one stop purchase service for hotel, banquet halls and fine dinning restaurant, wedding event,catering occasion etc.
Q2:Can you Send Samples before the order?
A2:Yes, We could provide free sample as long as you fulfill the company information profile if need.
Q3:What's your Minimum order?
A3:For hotel, banquet halls and fine dinning restaurant, wedding event, catering occasion, our normally MOQ is 300pcs. Some has low moq because of stock. But the more quantity you will buy, the cheaper unit price you will get.
Q4Can you make customized logo or design?
A4:Yes, we accept customized logo but MOQ is 500pcs per design. If 1000pcs per one design, we could make customized design of shape.
Q5:How many material do you have?
A5: Mainly, there are three kinds material of our products: High Bone China, Ceramics and Melamine. The quality grade and unit price of them: bone china > ceramic > melamine. Also glassware and Stainless Steel are available in our company.
