Q: What's your minimum order quantity?
A: For bulk order 50pcs/design, but no MOQ for custom order! But custom order production cost is high as compare to bulk order.

Q. What is your sample policy?
A: We can supply the sample if we have ready in stock, but the customers have to pay the sample the courier cost.

Q. What is your terms of payment?
A: T/T 70% as deposit, and 30% before delivery. We’ll show you the photos of the products and
packages before you pay the balance.

For samples, 100% deposit; 

For Bulk Orders: 
We take Payments VIA T/T Bank Wire, PayPal, Western Union, Money Gram 70 % Advance by bank our Performa invoice value to start production while the 30% balance will be transfer when the shipment will be ready to ship.


Q: What's the production lead-time?
A: Normally, take about 3-4 weeks, depends on your order quantity!


Q. What is your terms of packing?
A: Generally, we pack our goods in pp bags and cartons. We can pack the goods in your branded boxes on customer demand. Extra charge will be made for this.

Q: Can I get sample first?
A: Yes, absolutely yes! And that's we always suggest our new customers to make sample first for first cooperation, then you can check our workmanship and inspect our quality!
samples lead-time: 1 week after your design confirmed, delivered via DHL, FEDEX, UPS etc takes about 3-5 workdays to your door.

Samples fee should charge first, but can be 100% refundable after you put bulk order over 100pcs

(Shipping cost cannot return).

Q: Is it OK to put my logo on your product?

A: Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.

Q. Can you produce according to the samples?
A: Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can also build the molds.


Q. Do you test all your goods before delivery?
A: Yes, we 100% test & inspect the products before delivery.

Q: Do you ship Worldwide?
A: Yes, we ship Worldwide except ISRAEL!

Q: What's your best price?
A: Price based on your design (solid plain color or full sublimated graphic, whether need to make line-up), so please send us your design for us to have a review first!
What quality do you need Low quality? Just so quality, good quality or top quality? Different quality, different price! But we are focusing on high quality products always!
Price also based on your order quantity, more quantity, better price!

Q: How to proceed an order?

A: Firstly let us know your requirements or application.
Secondly we quote according to your requirements or our suggestions.
Thirdly customer confirms the samples and places deposit for formal order.

Q: DISPATCH OF SHIPMENTS: 


Ans:
There are three ways of sending shipments.
Shipments can be dispatched according to customer desires.

1. Courier service: arrival in 5 to 7 days.
2. By air cargo: arrival in 12 to 17 days.
3. By SEA cargo: arrival in 30 to 60 days.

We recommend shipments to be dispatched via Courier Service. The delivery is done to door of the buyer
