Crane wheel is a mechanical equipment composed of wheel and axle, bearing and bearing box.Crane wheel is generally used to support the crane and the load, at the same time on the specified track to make the crane reciprocating running.The application of crane wheel is complicated, and different technical methods are adopted according to different product structure.

The wheel of crane can be divided into three kinds according to the wheel flange form: double wheel, single wheel and non
wheel.The flanges are used to guide and defend against derailment.
Usually, large crane wheels adopt double flanged wheels with a height of 25 ~ 30mm.The wheel of small crane adopts single wheel with a height of 20 ~ 25mm.
