Colonel Inc. was created by retired Colonel of Taiwan army Cheng Cheng-Chi in 1994, including Colonel Base Industries and Colonel Cultural Printings. With his resolute personality developed in the military, Cheng started his career as a paper deliverer.

Q: What information are required for inquiry?
A: Size, material, printing method, location, surface area, and quantity. It’s preferred to provide images, samples, or Google
search images. If you need any suggestion please contact us, so our professionals may guide you to a full inquiry.
Q: I have no idea how to design, can you help us?
A: Yes! Our professional team will provide you with your exclusive design once you place your order. You can also check out our

Q: Is deposit required before mass production?
A: Yes. We will charge a 70% deposit upfront, and charges the remainder once the products are checked for acceptance.
Q: Can you make me a sample before I place my order?
A: We always make samples first before mass production. We can provide a simple sample free of charge in 3 to 7 days. However, if
you are concerned with the quality and requires a production sample, we would gladly comply with the shortest time possible. We
will provide you an estimate cost to molding and charges the fee before proceeding with sampling. Shipping and handling costs are
charged once the sample shipped. The cost of sampling will be refunded as production order discount afterwards.
Q: If I find quality issue with the products, can you replace them for us?
A: Replacements are available for quality issues caused by us.
Q: How do your quality control work?
A: Our art editors will check for any technical difficulties in printing and resolves them before all printing works. While
printing, quality assurers and technicians will check for printing board colors to match for the files and samples provided by the
client. Quality assurance will meticulously check for any defect before and during subsequent work after printing, and will
oversee the final packaging processes.
Q: How should I make the files? What format should it be? How can I send them to you?
A: Please be mindful that in your files, the bleeding should be 3mm, color set at CMYK, texts set at curved, and images embedded.
The files should be saved in .pdf or .ai. We will provide you with a mainbox used only to receive the files. You’re also welcomed
to provided us your preferred communication methods.
