Cabinet foaming line
The line uses the linear layout, quantity of curing station is the 8 station. The foam machine pipeline’s related accessories for entire production line, regional security alarm system for dry part ( including MSA probe ), security around the room, safety air exhaust motor and the exhaust pipe ( including wind pressure switch) for dry and wet part, foaming machine platform are responsible and implemented by the buyer .
The eight station cabinet foaming line includes: one set of preheating oven, one set of preheating oven drum line, one set of 90 degrees turning machine, one set of duo- direction delivery system, 8 sets of foaming fixture, 1 sets of automatic filling system, 1 set of mold change trolly, 2 sets of cabinet preassembly cars, 1 set of outer die temperature control system, 1 set of dry part electrical earthing system, 1 set of safety exhaust system, 1 set of electrical control system and so on.

not only supply us. They also supply to other factory. So good quality raw material make sure we can produce high quality products .Then,we have our own test LAB which approved by SGS, TUV, each our product should received 52 testing equipment test before production. It need test from noise, performance, energy, vibration, chemical proper,function,durability,packing and transportation etc.All goods are 100% inspected before shipping. We do at least 3 tests, including in-coming raw material test, sample test then bulk production.

We support FOB EXW CNF shipping terms, support TT payment.
If you are high quality customer and pass sinosure, we accept LC OA 60 days, OA 90 days.
