A: We usually quote within 24 hours after we get your inquiry. If you are very urgent to get the price, please tell us by E-mail so that we will regard your inquiry as the first priority

A: After the confirmation of price, we will make samples as your requirement. The sample will be charged. But the sample cost can be refundable after order confirmation when your quantity of the order is more about the MOQ. 

3. How long can we receive the samples?

A: Usually, the sample time is 4-6 days, and the delivery time is 3-5 days.

4. Which are your cooperative companies? Who will pay the freight?

A: We are cooperating with EMS, DHL, UPS, OCS and Fedex. The freight is expected be paid by the customer.

5.Can we have logo printed? What are your printing methods?

A: Yes. We have Screen printing, laser engraving, burn printing, bronzing and hot silver.

6. What kind of format do you accept for printing?

A: PDF, AI, WORD, JPG and EXCEL.

7.Can you design for us?

A: Yes. We have a professional team with rich experience in designing and manufacturing.And we can design and produce the products as you required.

8.Will the quality of mass production the same as the sample please?

 Yes,the quality of mass production will be the same as the sample.We have many big customers all over the world and they only came to our factory to inspect the quality in the first time.They placed more and more orders to us in later days,but never came for quality inspection again.

9.What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 20-30 days. Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the products at your country.
