After being saturated in matrix materials (such as unsaturated polyesterresin),reinforced materials(such as fiberglass untwisting roving and fiberglass continuous mat)are pulled by the molding equipment through the molding system, in which they solidify continuously under high temperature and pressure so that fiberglass section products are obtained with smooth surface, stable size and very high intensity.
FRP Handrail are industrial/commercial railing systems for stair rails, platform/walkway handrails and guardrails. FRP Handrail are fabricated from pultruded fiberglass components produced by Strongwell and molded thermoplastic connectors.

1.Square Handrail
The square FRP Handrail system is ideal for any high traffic area where handrail is needed. Internally bonded fiberglass connectors result in no visible rivets or metal parts. The handrail system includes a UV inhibitor for additional resistance to ultraviolet degradation and corrosion. The square handrail system is the most commonly used system because it is the most economical industrial handrail and easily fabricated in the field.
2.Round Hanrail:
The round FRP Handrail system is ideal for any high traffic area where handrail is needed. The round rails are easy to grip and 90º molded corners eliminate sharp edges. Internally bonded fiberglass connectors result in no visible rivets or metal parts. The handrail system includes a UV inhibitor for additional resistance to ultraviolet degradation and corrosion. The round handrail system is commonly used in food and agricultural environments due to very little dust and debris accumulation.

Production process is a continuous production process to produce fiber-reinforced polymer profiles of any length and constant section. Reinforcement fibers may be roving, continuous mat, woven roving,carbon or others.
The fibers are impregnated with a polymer matrix (resin, minerals, pigments, additives) and passed through a pre-forming station that produces the stratification necessary to give the profile the desired properties. After the pre-forming step, the resin-impregnated fibers are pulled through a heated die to polymerize the resin.
