Our journey has started with a sincere Merhaba! Granddad of ours Tevfik Bey presented almond toffee and Turkish delight to the people of Mardin in the 1920s. The warm presentation of his and the delightful taste of the servings became popular in such a short duration. The people of Mardin, who embraced the servings of Tevfik Bey, further enhanced the taste. The 2nd generation, Sefik Bey, in the 1950s continued to welcome the guests with the sincerity we present. Also, he started to manufacture ice cream and baklava in his small place. During his term, our products have been diversified and innovated. With this development, our history and the scale of tastes have become colorful. The 3rd generation Sedat Bey and Yasar Bey continued to enrich the history of Merhaba Patisseries. Both of them executed the branding process by opening the first patisserie in Bakirkoy, 1980. While cafe culture was developing in Istanbul, Merhaba embraced and included both the traditional and the modern flavors. Merhaba's popularity continued to spread. Today, with the 4th generation, we manufacture pastry products and our traditional flavors in our modern manufacturing center. Merhaba Patisseries, is in this business for wholesale and retail of pastry products. Merhaba Flavors are manufactured by including the highest quality content. Our products-that have long shelf life-such as baklava, eclair, special cookies and tahini cookie are ready to be released globally through e-commerce and export. They are manufactured as both fresh and frozen. We secure our products in luxurious box with separators that enables export and extends the quality.
