G10 FR4 sheet is made of alkali-free glass fiber cloth impregnated with epoxy resin and adding flame retardants, adhesives, etc., by processing under pressure and heat, which have extremely high mechanical strength, good dielectric properties, good electric strength properties and fine heat and humidity resistance.
