FOTON Auman 8x4 12wheeler 3 layers stainless steel 30Ton reefer truck bodies with sliging partition pig transport truck
Pig transport truck is used to deliver piglet. The whole inside of container box is made of stainless steel, the ourter part is glass steel plate thermal insulation structure. This structure keep the internal temperature warm.
1. There are two layers of loading plates in the internal box that can be controlled by the hydraulic system to separate the box into three compartments.
2. There is a feeding system inside the box, which consists of liquid food box, pipeline pump, feeding nozzles, etc. Automatically feed liquid food during transportation.
3. A constant temerature system is setted in the box which is composed of a refrigenration units, a heater, a gas mixing and converying bin, exhaust fan, etc. That would keep the air flowing and warm in the compartment.
4. The Sewage collection system is on the floor and consists of diversion troughs and sewage collection tanks to collect piglet urine and feces.
5. The back door is automatically expanded by the hydraulic system to form a channel for the piglets to enter and exit the compartment, and a gurdrail is provided.
6. Equipped with generator to supply power to related equipment.

The outer pairt of box is made of glass steel plate, the middle insulation layer is thernal insulation structure and the inner part is stainless steel. This structure keep the internal temperature warm.
The whole inside of container box is made of stainless steel, the floor is made of aluminum checkered plates.
Air vents and exhaust fans are arranged on the left and right sides of the compartments.
